Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions and ensure you understand them prior to placing an order with Couture Wedding Cards. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions each time you place an order with us. We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions at any time and will be updated on our website accordingly. All orders placed with us will be subject to these Terms and & Conditions.
Prices
Our studio design prices are displayed on our website, the cost of a bespoke design will be advised to you when we send you a quotation. We reserve the right to change the prices of our stationery without further notice. Any price increase will not affect orders that have already been confirmed with us.
Samples
We recommend that you order a sample before ordering with us to see and feel the superior quality of our stationery. Samples are €5 each and are available to order here. Please note that some of our Invitations are handmade and are not suitable for children as they may contain dangerous parts.
Invitations
Your Invitations are supplied to you with a line to write in your guest names. Guest name personalisation printing is also supplied at a cost of €0.40 each, If you wish to avail of this service I will send you an excel spreadsheet to complete your guest names and they will be beautifully printed on your Invitations.
Minimum orders
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any orders for less than 50 Invitations.
Quotations
Our quotations are valid for 30 days only.
Rush orders
We can accommodate a limited amount of rush orders; please contact us prior to placing an order to check if we can accommodate your order. Please note that a rush order fee of €50 will be charged for this service.
Extra prints
We always recommend ordering an additional 10% extra at least to allow for any spares, guest list changes or errors. Extra invitations ordered afterwards can work out more costly for a small amount printed. Please also note that we cannot guarantee an exact colour match for extra Invitations ordered at a later stage from your original order, as cardstock will vary from batch to batch in the manufacture process.
Design proofs
Once we receive your booking deposit and your order is placed with us, your electronic proof will be sent to you via email within 7 days. We provide 3 electronic proofs free of charge; any additional edit will incur a €10 charge per revision. In the unlikely event the cardstock ordered has been discontinued by our supplier, we will let you know immediately and will offer you an alternative.
Should you wish to order a physical printed proof of your Invitation, there is a charge of €12, this will be added to your final invoice balance.
Spelling and grammar
While we check with care that everything is accurate with the information that has been provided, however it is the responsibility of the client to check the spelling and grammar on their order. We cannot stress enough how important it is that you proof read through all proofs carefully. We would recommend printing off proofs and artwork before giving final approval, please note colour will vary with printers. It is advisable to ask a family member or friend to proof read your details in order to double check everything.

Guest names if having your invitations personalised
If designs are approved with type errors and are printed, Couture Wedding Cards will not take any responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required, a 50% reprint cost is applied to the stationery. Please also note that the colour on your screen may differ from the printed colour and your final stationery will differ from your printed version as it will be printed on a professional print press so the colours may differ slightly.
Deposit and payment of your order
In order to secure your booking, we require a deposit of €70. Once your payment has been received successfully, I will forward you a receipt of payment. I will then schedule a time with you to begin working on your order. Once you have given us the final sign off on your design, we will require the final balance of payment, prior to printing. If you change the design after final approval, a fee of €50 will be charged.
Use of photographic Images
I reserve the right to photograph all orders of samples or stationery for marketing purposes. Should you not wish to have your stationery photographed, please let me know prior to completion of your order.
Copyright
All designs remain the copyright of Couture Wedding Cards, they may not be reproduced without our permission. We reserve the right to turn a bespoke design into a studio design, but only after a wedding or event has taken place.
Delivery of your order
We pack all orders very carefully as we realise your wedding stationery are precious goods, please take care when unwrapping your order so that your stationery inside is not damaged.
If you choose to have your order delivered by courier, please ensure that you provide us with an address where someone will be able to sign for your package and that the address and postcode is correct. We will not take responsibility of an address being incorrect. The cost of courier delivery within Ireland is €15. For International deliveries, we will advise the cost of delivery to you and a quotation will be sent prior to shipping. Orders may also be collected from our studio free of charge, once you book a collection day/time with us.
We will not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit. If in the event the goods are damaged on arrival, the client must inform me immediately and send photographs of the damaged goods.
